Sasha Popper 3,000 miles later arrives in San Diego

San Diego, CASasha Popper, Longboard Skateboarder arrived to San Diego on Wednesday Sept 26th at 10 a.m. after a nearly two-month journey across the country. He left his home in Brooklyn NY on Aug. 1. Popper chose the Adrenalina Longboard Skate Shop in San Diego as his final destination to put him in position to participate in the Adrenalina Skateboard Marathon (ASM) on Oct. 20, which will be held on Fiesta Island.

The ASM is a 26.2-mile longboard skateboard race with a $5,000 prize purse that will attract some of the best athletes in the world in this discipline. Organized and funded by the Adrenalina Skateboard Shop in Bird Rock, this is the first time the ASM will be in San Diego, after the shop hosted a series of the races in New York, Puerto Rico and other cities in 2011.
