Kaspar Heinrici Breaks One-Mile Guinness World Record Challenge

Flagler Beach, FL: Kaspar Heinrici had a double win today. Not only did he break the Guinness World Record for the one mile push but he also took first in the half marathon at this weekend’s Flagler beach Vacation ( an IDSA event).

The previous record was held by  Steven “Dirty” Sanchez with a time of 3:35 set at the 2012 Blue Sky Mile back in 2012.

Heinrici 2:54.90 shattered Sanchez old record by over 40 seconds. Congrats.

Also Congratulations to Sidra Boyer who smashed the women’s record with a 3:30.68 time.
