Gravity VS Engine

Mischo Erban clocks 130.08 km/h (80.83 mph) by only using gravity.
Lane Segerstrom clocks 140.17 (87.1 mph) by skitching.
That’s only a 10.09km/h difference (6.27mph) between the two.
Does that mean that the extra engine power (and one would assume extra stability from holding onto a bar) only accounts for a 7.2% increase in speed?
Gravity… I salute you.
